heather locklear dui arrestLOS ANGELES, CA (ddamm.com) - Was Heather Locklear setup in her DUI arrest?  Or could it have been a publicity stunt?  Reports indicate that the women who called 911 was Jill Ishkanian, former staff of US Weekly.  Undisclosed sources reveal that Ishkanian called paparazzi immediately after calling 911.  Ishkanian is also being investigated by the FBI for computer hacking.  Whatever the case, Locklear did get booked at the station for DUI which would not have happened if she wasn't suspected of being under the influence of some kind of substance.  The results of the blood test will be known after several weeks.
