SAN DIEGO, CA (ddamm.com) - One individual speaks of having his license suspended for 90 days. The individual really had to get someplace so he risked driving while his license was suspended and ended up getting a red light ticket while driving through an intersection. If the plates belong to the suspended driver, there is likelihood that the plates will be flagged as a possible Operating Under Suspension (OUS). If the DMV can match the picture of the driver with that of the license holder on their computers, the individual should get a lawyer. The OUS penalties can be severe and often results in revokation of license and possible jail time.
